Roxio Not Working

I bought my Roxio Game Cap HD Pro about 2 years ago around Christmas. I have used it a few times to record back then and haven't ever since. I recently got a ps4 and decided I want to get back into recording. I have the HDMI input plugged into the ps4 and Roxio and the output going into the tv and Roxio. I also have the Roxio set up with my computer and nothing seems to work. I have the Roxio software up and it says that there is no signal and I have the input on HDMI and the source as the Roxio game capture HD pro. My PS4 works fine with my TV without the Roxio but whenever I try to use the Roxio on my TV it never seems to work I just get a no signal blue screen on my RCA TV. I bought the TV less than six months ago and I haven't had any problems since. I updated my Roxio recording software and it still does not work. Please help I would like to start recording again

Good, Red means the software is installed along with the Drivers needed ;)


It also means that the RGC device itself is not getting a valid signal :huh:


So your problem is before it reaches the RGC... Something in your PS4 settings are wrong!


Try it with another source, anything that has HDMI.
