I just downloaded Toast 12 to my Mac running 10.7.5 and no matter which of my 3 drives I try to use, I get the same error message (-43). Getting support from the website has proved impossible. Every time I enter my order number and password (which I've changed 3 times now) I get the message that my order number and password don't match. I just want the software to work. I had Toast previously (version 7) and it worked great.

That error appears when a file can't be found. Try googling for Mac error code 43 for possible fixes. I don't think the problem is within Toast.
