Cant Open Creator Starter Because Windows 8 Automatically Shuts It Down

Whenver I try to open it now it says "Roxio Creator has stopped working" - a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

 

Is there anywhere to download it again and try to reinstall it?

Windows starter is a cut down piece of OEM software. As OEM, it comes as a freebie with a (typically) new computer. As OEM, the computer manufacturer is responsible for support. Contact your computer manufacturer to see if you can a Windows 8.1 version from them.

If it's Creator Starter 12.1 it's probably a Dell one. If so, contact Dell for support or another download.
