Magicalsirus
Hello, Everytime I try to open up the capture software, it alerts me that there was a runtime error. I have already tried to update Java, that did not work. If anybody could refer me to a topic or offer me some help, that'd be perfect, thanks

Jim_Hardin
You may have to do it up to 3 times before you get it right

Jim_Hardin
Lets try a proper repair first... First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished. Now insert your Roxio Disc. Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows) When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that! When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
