sknis
There needs to be 2 entries for VHS to DVD. They should disappear when you remove the device.
tfeaser
I deleted the program. What further info do you need? I'm running win 7 64 bit. Easy vcr to dvd 3 plus was working fine and I was cpturng a mountain of vhs taped to an external, but one day It stopped working. My computer drive C showed it was full. so I cleaned it out. After I did this I was no longer able to get a video signal and if I remove the usb it freezes. Teri
sknis
How did you clean out you hard drive? What program? How much free space do you have now? Did you use something like CCleaner? Did you use a registry cleaner? I hope you didn't remove anything needed for W 7 to work. If this just happened, and you have Windows restore operating, you can try to use that to get back to where you were before. I assume you don't have a clone of your system drive., Confirm that removing the USB device freezes your computer. Leave the USB device connected and go to device manager. Right click on the 2 device entries (one at a time) and select to delete it. Shut down thew computer and remove the device. Reboot. There should not be any entries for the USB in device manager. You can then re-install the program. You should then be able to re-install the USB device.
