RobFarrington Posted November 1, 2014 Report Share Posted November 1, 2014 I just purchased VHS to DVD Plus Roxio tonight from Staples. Went to install put my CD Key in and it keeps telling me Product not activated. I called Staples they said its activated on their end I need to contact Roxio. But I can't seem to figure out a customer support email to contact or even a number to call. Is there a way to fix this problem or did I just waste money on this product?
