Ok, I wasn't quite sure where to post this since it involves both capturing and Video Wave, so I decided to post in general.
I am having issues with the sound not quite syncing up with the picture on my HD Pro. There is about a one second delay between the sound and picture. For instance, I hear the gunshot one second before I visually see my gun fire. I found a workaround for this to a certain extent. If you export the video in Video Wave to .mp4, the resulting video is synced properly. The problem with this is that it takes forever and you have to do it twice. Once to get the audio synced and a second time after you actually finish your editing.
I have only tested with the PS3 so far over HDMI, using a splitter to bypass the HDCP. I know the splitter isn't the cause of the delay because the audio is synced on my TV. It is only when recording that the sync is messed up.
My PC specs are as follows:
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz
Biostar TA970
8GB DDR3 1600MHz Ram
Can't remember hard drive specs but I think it's only 5400RPM.
