Screen Turns Black When Capturing Starts!

Hi there, I have an issue after the update, this is for xbox one capturing (never had an issue with it before) all is displayed on TV screen & laptop screen perfectly until i start to capture then the TV screen goes black!!! all that is captured is a "black" screen!!

I DID HAVE "SIGNAL PROTECTED" BEFORE UPDATE BUT NOT ANYMORE

IF IT IS SOMETHING TO DO WITH SIGNAL PROTECTION HOW DO I RESOLVE IT????

Another gamer, who can't figure out that the Topic Solved button is not the button to push. It makes your post disappear, if you are the only one in the topic. It will reappear in a second or 2.

Those screen caps are not of the Capture interface so I am guessing you just posted them as an example???

 

The signal protection can't be fixed at the Roxio Software level, that is strictly an update and setting in your Xbox One.

 

You could uninstall and reinstall without the SP2 to see what it does
