Jim_Hardin
ok i plugged the compnent cable int the dvd player and the other end it was plugged into the tv and it worked fin then i unplugged it from tv and put it into the rgc and it showed no picture on the software so the component cable is fine That really makes no sense unless you are trying to say that your RGC Device doesn't work... How about some screen caps???

ogdens
As a quick test, try using a DVD player/BD/Camcorder as the input to the Roxio Capture Card (using a component cable). If that works then you have a problem with your wiiI connection.

ThatGirl
are you sure you are hooking it up to the TV right? Make sure all the colors are plugged into their coordinated color on your TV. I had trouble discerning between the Dark Blue and the Dark Green one. are there any component cables not plugged into the TV or the Roxio? Like for instance with mine for the Xbox 360 I don't have the Yellow one plugged into the Roxio, which is fine. I wanted to make sure that maybe you didn't miss plugging one in or that your TV is missing a plugs. All component plugs should be plugged into your TV, none should be left unplugged. ogdens
When you plugged in your Blue ray player to the RGC unit did you verify that you had a good valid signal coming from it...if not double check by plugging it directly into your TV with the component cable . The red no signal means the RGC isn't getting any valid signal from whatever it is you are connecting.
docwho777
ok i plugged the compnent cable int the dvd player and the other end it was plugged into the tv and it worked fin then i unplugged it from tv and put it into the rgc and it showed no picture on the software so the component cable is fine
Jim_Hardin
The Device isn't getting any valid signal from whatever it is you are connecting... Until then no amount of repair can make it work! The problem is BEFORE the RGC Device - tell us about that part
