Toast 12 Pro Does Not Download Only Toast Titanium.

Downloaded toast pro in down load file shows as Toast_Pro_3406.dmg when I open it it is Toast Tatanium. I have spent 3 days on this problem seam to be going in circles. Been dealing with toast products for many years never had any issues it is a great product - so what is going on. I have written many emails unfortunately I got a bit agitated as some were written late at night. I even phoned the help line today. They send me a down load link which is the same file with 3406 in the title and say if it does not work contact support. You contact support and they send you the same ling and say - contact support. So it is a vicious circle. someone please help I have paid for this product and just want to get on with work . 3rd day on this problem

Toast Pro is not a different app from Toast Titanium. The differences are that Toast Pro's registration key unlocks the Blu-Ray video options and that there are exta apps in the bundle. There is no app named Toast Pro. You have it.
