I purchased Roxio Creator 2010 Pro and now when I try to use it, I click on a function like edit pictures, the working circle shows, then disappears having done nothing. I don't know if the program is corrupt even though I have reloaded it several times or Roxio has misled me by selling a product that requires annual renewals but never stated that on the packaging Does anyone have any ideas? If it turns out that it requires an annual renewal fee I would lik to start a class action lawsuit against Roxio for misrepresenting their product.
