Upgrade Cost From Toast Titanium 11 To Toast 12 Pro?

Hello,

 

We are currently using 11 Titanium, and we would like to upgrade to 12 Pro. The upgrade price for 12 Pro is $99.99, and the full price is $149.99. BUT, is that upgrade price of $99.99 only good if you already have 11 Pro? Or will Roxio honor the $99.99 if you're trying to upgrade from a pervious version of Titanium to a newer version of pro?
