Cant Open The Capture Menu

Has anyone had the problem of when you open roxio game capture and the click capture it opens for a second and immediately close with no error message or anything any help would be much appreciated i have tryed updating my drivers, uninstalling and re installing and a few other things but i cant seem to see the problem

Maybe doing a Proper Repair???

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where

Repair

is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

i got it to work but i had to delete everything by hand uninstalling didnt work once it was all gone i re installed and after that it works thanks for the help

There was Nothing said about 'uninstalling'...

 

There would have been some other steps and a lot easier too
