D3Dx9.dll Is Missing From Your Computer

Hi,

I installed a downloaded Creator NXT 3 file from Roxio. After installing I tried most of the programs and they worked except when it came to Create DVDs. When I clicked the icon a message came up stating that a "file d3dx9.dll was missing from my computer. Try reinstalling the program" I tried reinstalling and then repairing the program and I still can't get the Create DVD to work. Has anyone else had this problem or is there anyone who can solve this for me. I've been a faithfull Roxio customer but it seems like there is always a problem with something after installation in the last few versions.

I have NXTPRO installed on my computer that is running W8.1 Pro OS and I have that file shown in my Windows

I don't know if this will help you, or not, but read through the following thread from NXT, and see if it helps you:

There are others, who have had this problem. Use the Search function, above right. Type in "file d3dx9.dll missing", without the quotation symbols.
