Where To Re-Download Emc 2012 Installation Files?

I am having a problem launching "Burn Audio CDs" within EMC12 and would like to uninstall and reinstall EMC 2012. I have the serial number but the problem is I cant find my original downloaded set up files or DVD. Is there somewhere I can re-download them? You advice would be appreciated.

Thank you both for your replies. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate. I have all the latest Windows updates. It has happened for quite a while now so Windows restore will not be practical to use. However I am glad to say I have found a work around. When opening The Roxio Creator 2012 main window and launching "burn audio CD's" or burn "MP3 CD's" there s crash and the main window closes. However, if I launch Music disk creator from Start / Programs / Roxio / Applications/ CD Creator it opens normally. Go figure.

I finally found the setup file. I did a repair and rebooted but got the same problem. Also installed and reinstalled but no success. When launching "make mp3 CD" or " burn audio CD" after a few seconds Roxio Creator crashes. It worked fine for years. Are there any suggestions to troubleshoot the problem?

If this just starting happening, and you have Windows Restore active, can you try that?

Also, what OS are you running?

 

It Will NOT work in Win 8!

You might want to do some more looking for that disc

 

It has been out of production for 2 1/2 years and is now 4 versions old
