I uninstalled Creator 12 from my machine (Windows 7 Pro) for some reason to with some sections not working and repair not repairing. Thought I'd reinstall from fresh which I did OK. I now get the error message detailed in the main tip at the head of this section under the same heading as this post. So, on the face of it, there is my solution . . . except I don't like the idea of this registry fix and the warnings about saving a copy and setting a restart point go beyond my knowledge and comfort zone.
I was thinking I'd upgrade to the latest version Creator anyway. So what is the opinion on this? Would this solve my problem anyway?
