Lost Cd & Cd Key

I'm sry that i am posting here but hopefully someone can forward this to an agent. I sadly lost my cd & cd key for my game capture HD pro and need to get a replacement so that i can reinstall my device. I had to reformat my computer and between when i wish got the capture card and today i lost the software and key. I can provide an invoice for my purchase from amazon.com as well as take a photo of the device if needed.

The 2nd post does not address lost CD and Key. My son at the age where it is more important to rip the box open, install and get playing than to pay attention to what we need to keep. Moving the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro from the Parents Laptop to the desktop we recently put in his room. Of course, no idea where the CD is or the Key - it was a Christmas gift. What do we do? We have the hardware and we have the software on the laptop - is there a way to get a serial number from the laptop or take a number or picture of the hardware?

Yes it does. It says to private message Ralf-Rox to let him know of your plight. Is there something that you don't understand about that?

 

Also, if you registered the software, when you installed it, you can find the key code by clicking on the Roxio tab, in the upper left portion of your screen, then click on My Account. Sign in, and you will see the name of every piece of Roxio software you own, along with the key code for each.
