Too Many Installs - Can't Install Again - Split From Totally Unrelated Hijacked Thread

Not installed "Burn" with NXT pro 2. After numerous exchanges with Roxio assistance. I could finally install Roxio without "burn" opening a new account on my PC (Vista 32 bits). But many facilities and uninstalls software have now block any new resettlement on my machine. what do you do ???? (excuse-me for english french )

Follow the advice in this post #14 to contact Rox-Ralf. Give him that information when you Personnel Message him. Be patient he lives in another time zone.
