Key Not Recognized

JChia

Question

I have my original CD with my key on it. I just tried to install Creator 2010 on a new Windows 7 computer and it get a message saying the key is not valid. It is the same key that appears on my account page. Is this an unusual problem or have others had it? There is no help to be had at Corel. Very frustrating.

Do you remember how many times you tried to install the program? You have a limit of ten tries. Contact Rox-Ralf via private message (top of the page) to get the count reset.

Edit: I was reminded that the 10 install limit may not apply to this program. (Thanks Brendon).

This is an unusual problem. I can still install my Creator 2010 under Windows 7. Which version of Creator 2010 is it?

Please check your reading of your key to make sure you're not misinterpreting a zero for an O, or 5 for an S and so on.

Alternately, if you like you could send me a Private Message [PM] with your key, and I'll check it against my versions of Creator 2010 and get back to you.

Regards,

Brendon
