Nxt2 Installation Crashes On 'error 0643'.

I am using W7 which meets all the requirements listed on the Creative NXT2 box.

 

When I try the [ Typical ] installation, the program repeatedly crashes yielding only the cryptic 'Error 0643' message.

 

However, when I do a [ Custom ] install, and omit the 'Drag to Disk' module, all else installs smoothly and the main parts of the program appear to work (so far).

 

Ideas or comments?

But NXT 2 doesn't have Drag to Disc which was dropped after Easy Media Creator 9, many years ago. Here's the custom install

 

 

Please clarify which module you omitted, which made the install go smoothly.
