Mydvd Crash While Start Burning Mov To Disc

Joe Ku

Question

Just try to burn an iPhone recorded video (MOV file) to disc by using MyDVD. However, the program crash at the "Encode Movies" stage. It shows that "VideoWave has stopped working". I've tried on two different computer, but getting the same result. Both computers are having QuickTime installed. Any idea what goes wrong? Please help.

Program is corrupt?

Video file is corrupt?

Both?

Start with a proper repair and see if that fixes it ;)

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Thanks for your advise, but still not working.

The video is fine. I am able to play and burn it to disc with another software.

About the Roxio program, I just purchase it and install on my computer for testing. It is brand new installation. I've installed it on two different computers for testing. There is no error during installation. But having the same issue while trying to burn the MOV files. According to the spec, it does support MOV. I have no idea what goes wrong. About the MOV file, i just recorded on iPhone 5s.
