sknis
Go to Dell web site and update the drivers for your computer; especially the audio drivers. There is an audio driver from 2013 which is newer than the one you have. You may want to install the Dell automatic update program. Please explain what you mean by "Hangs". Are you getting any error messages?

Jim_Hardin
Nothing jumps out in your specs... How are things working after the Repair?
Jim_Hardin
We will move this to the NXT 3 Forums I will suggest that you do a proper repair to see if it improves. Otherwise, someone with more experence in that area will pop in and be able to help you. It would be of use if you could supply your PC info, since your PC seems to be common to the problem HERE is an outline of what we will need. This is the repair I mentioned: First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. Now insert your Roxio Disc. Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows) When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that! When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
