Still saying product code inactive even though I've registered it (which I didn't know I had to do????) I too have registered my software, logged a comment (received the standard electronic email), posted to this forum, sent an email to RoxioRaf, and have sent a PM via FB with NO RESPONSE. Very frustrating. I guess Roxio thinks folks can't be trusted...if I buy a software package at Best Buy I should be able to load when I get ready. I know you have folks that abuse license etc but I'd say most of us don't. If I don't get help from the support folks today I will take it back & buy a different product. Sher_John, folks posting in these forums, are not Roxio. They are users of software, like you. Rox-Ralf is about the only Roxio person, in the forums.
