Will Not Display Or Record Video

I plug everything in and turn on the VHS play and hit play - the VHS to DVD screen shows a green screen the whole time and does not show the video playing. When I hit record, it acts like it is recording but then there is no video to input. I am using the composite cables to connect.

Did you plug in the USB device before you installed the software? Please post a screen shot of the devices in Windows Device Manager including the "other devices"
