Roxio Game Capture Hd Pro Help Please

Question

so i need help today with my roxio game capture pro. I purchased this piece of equipment around a year ago and i attempted to use it today. Well Lets just say my day was rough due to how much dedication it took to even try to get this thing to work. So here i am to get professional help for the roxio game capture hd pro.

 

Problems:

 

When everything is plugged in correctly it says no signal on my pc in red colors.

 

Occasional it says when i unplug and replug it in it says the last usb plugged in was malfunctioned and then the no signal turns green.

First thing to try is proper repair.

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

 

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

 

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

 

IF that does not fix it, supply details of your system and hookup as well as how you are doing it.
