Photoshows Lost,not Working,no Pic On Mail Page

This is very frustrating as weddings,precious time etc etc which had been working perfectly fine are now corrupt and will not play. What happened. Roxio will not give support which I find very interesting. Why hide from their problem. I tried Explorer and it is no different...HELP!!!!!

It is the same problem that everybody is having so it doesn't need detail.

I'm not a Roxio employee just someone offering help obviously you have a attitude and want to vent.
