Problem With Sound And Resolution- Rgchdpro Vs Ps4

Hi! My problem is- i connect rgc hd pro with my ps4 (HDCP disabled) and my resolution set up automatically to 480p and there's no sound. I try do everything and the problem still exist. I have no idea what to do...when i set 1080i in my ps4 resolution is fine but still no sound and i don't know what's going on, it's look like enabled hdcp but as i say it's disabled.

No problem with the Resolution, the RGC will only capture what you send it!!!

 

If you only see 480P offered, then that is all you are sending it

 

If HDCP WERE enabled, your Capture Software would tell you in red letters - Signal Protected

 

I don't have a PS4 but make sure that Audio Settings are outputting via HDMI.

audio settings are outputting via HDMI... when i connect roxio before i don't have problems like that, i don't know what happend

any ideas? I try to connect roxio with splitter but it's this same result.

Find something else with HDMI output and try it!

 

Anything, your PC, a DVD or BD Player??? You won't be able to capture (hdcp) but at least you can see if you get audio in the preview.

 

Where are you as far as the SP2 update?

 

If you haven't done it, do it! If you have then uninstall - reboot - install and don't update

i have SP2 and i try to reinstall etc. and nothing- this same. I also try with options in PS4 but there's no more option with HDMI audio/display. I see one more problem, when i want to change resolution with connected roxio i see "1080i (unsupported) " this same with 1080p (this isn't problem because roxio don't recordin with that resolution but with 720p is this same situation, only resolution i can select is 480p.
