Photos Not Showing When Emailed

WHEN LOOKING AT THE PHOTOSHOW, ALL IS FINE. WHEN SENDING THE PHOTOSHOW TO EMAILS, THE RECIEPIENT CANNOT SEE THE PHOTOS. iT'S ALL BLACK.

Please the use of all caps should not be used unless you have an eyesight problem.

 

That problem is probably due to the recipient not having the right video codecs to play the video on his (?) computer.. Ask him(?) to download and install the free VLC player directly from VLC's web site.

I emailed a photoshow to myself to ensure it was ok before sending to friends. As the previous post mentions I can hear the music but the screen is black. I can view this photoshow on the same PC when I play a DVD that I burned and also when I "watch" the show through my account.

Does this still mean that my computer does not have the correct vido codecs ( I am uninformed enough to not know what this means)?

Your only emailing a link to view the photoshow on the photoshow website.

 

I'll PM (personnel message) you a email address to send me the show and see if I can view it.

 

I'll also send you one of my shows if you PM me a email address back.
