The convert window opens just fine, you select "movies," and the only format that appears in any list is MP4; The program's features listed on Roxio's website say it supports input of FLV files (and many others), but I don't see how. I bought the program specifically to convert FLV to MP4, so this is a major problem.
Also, when I select a folder with more than a handful of videos, the programs hangs. I click to close, the data provided in the crash dialog is as follows:
