Blue Ray Disc Burning

Have been trying to burn a blue ray (50 gig (46.6) )disc, the ISO file is 46.6 gig, the same size as the disc. When hitting the burn button the box comes up saying not enough disc space---? How do I get around that?

No mention of what version of Roxio's software your using!?

 

Roxio's My DVD re-encodes to a constant bit rate and the file grows larger than the disc.

 

Is the 46.6GB iso already a authored BD Video file?
