Replacement For Idvd?

For a number of years I have been using iMovie and iDVD to produce videos of events (graduations, weddings, etc). My MAC pro is getting old and glitchy so I just purchased a new iMac only to discover that Apple no longer makes iDVD (nor any other software designed to create DVDs) and am wondering if Toast Pro could be what I am looking for.

If you can find the install disc for iLife 11, it will contain iDVD, then you can download latest update from Apple, 7.1.2. It still works under Yosemite.

Toast is unlike iDVD in that the Toast menus are static without motion or audio. If you like iDVD you should be able to continue using it as spacepiggy noted.
