Just Purchased Toast 12. I Cannot Load On My Mac 10.9.

You can keep Toast 11. In fact, Toast 11 includes several apps in its folder not included with Toast 12. Toast 12's installer creates a new folder in the Applications folder & doesn't replace Toast 11's folder. There is only one reason I can think of to keep the Toast 11 app after installing Toast 12. If you have Toast 11.06 or earlier it burns discs considerably faster than Toast 11.1 or later.
