Installation Problem Creator 2011

I just installed Creator 2011, When I tried to convert VHS to DVD , I get a pop up that says " certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it." Does this mean that I have to uninstall 2011 creator 7 then re-install it. Can Anyone help?

Creator 7 is completely different from C2011. What exactly do you have?
