I don't hear anything during the countdown but after that it is OK, a little quite but present...

If you load it into the editor, VideoWave, look at the soundtrack and you will see it visually.

after the countdown is done you can hear it say delta but it supposed to say more stuff then that. watch this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZS99tkK87I

in that video you can see it happening arouund 1;10 but watch it from 1:00

You have a Celeron ~ it will NEVER work on that!

Win 8 is not an issue at all.

Check ALL the items on the list...

Your hooked up with Component right? - try something else - even a phone or MP3 player to substitute for the Audio...

Of course the Proper Repair (fixes software)

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

I'll do the repair step but what do you mean by, try something else - even a phone or MP3 player to substitute for the Audio...
