Does Not Even Open! (Pic Attached)

So I bought the Roxio easy VHS to DVD Plus 3 earlier this years, i converted a few vhs over onto the computer. Now i need to convert more , i go to open the program and get the error attached in the pic.

 

I have tried to run the repair, ive uninstalled and re-installed about 5 times. Cant think of anything else. It just wont open!

 

Any ideas please help

Plug in the USB device, go to Windows Device Manager and uninstall the two entries for the USB device. Unplug it and reboot.

 

Download the free trial of Revo Uninstaller PRO and uninstall the program and the other items it finds (folders and registry entries). Use only the MODERATE MODE. Reboot and turn off your antivirus and any registry cleaners and other security programs you may have. Now re-install the program and then reboot again. Only then do you plug in the USB device so that Windows pick up the correct drivers.

 

What antivirus are you running? What major changes have you made to your computer? Do you have enough free space on you hard drives. Have you defragged them if they are NOT SSD.
