Very probable that your PC is not up to the task

But let's start with a Proper Repair and go from there:

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Thank you but this didn't help any and i am pretty sure my computer is up to the task some specs i can remember are: Intel I5-3330 3GHz, Nvidia Geforce GTX 560, 8Gb Ram, windows 8. Thats all i really know off the top of my head and i would look but am in a hurry right now. All of drivers are up to date but every time I open it it instantly stops responding.
