Quality Dips When Starting The Livestream

I think this may just be the limitation of the capture card, but when I try to stream my game, the video quality just dips. This is how the video looks before I press the live stream button:

 

But when I start streaming, it just goes like this:

 

I have the stream settings set to 720P and the max bitrate which is 2250. Is there anything I can do to not make my stream look so bad?

I have exactly the same problem and no idea how to solve it.

I tried to livestream any PC game with the same resolution and it works just fine.

I don't livestream either, but let me postulate that maybe your streaming speed may affect the quality streamed. That is, if the speed that you can send streaming data on your internet connection can't support the higher quality, the software might need to automatically reduce the quality so it "fits" the available bandwidth. Keep in mind that the speed you can send is usually significantly less then the speed at which you can receive.

I have a cable connection but not half fast enough to upload at 720P requirements!

 

720p live stream requires at least 4.5 Mbps internet upload speed
