How To Unload A Mix Cd Project From Roxio 10 To Soundcloud Or Youtube

Hey, new at this, I can make diff music projects in Roxio, but I can't figure out how to upload the total mixed project to either SC or YouTube . I am using windows 7, even after I burn the project to a cd and go back to upload that music project, Idk how to accomplish this task with the full mix.

 

 

Btw, I have a conflict with my video card where I can't use windows video maker to upload videos to YouTube
