Editing Chapters In Creator Nxt Pro3

Im trying to burn a blue ray disc. I can burn a disc w/ chapters but no menus or I can burn menus w/o chapters. If I do both then when I try to preview the disc it hangs and if I just try to burn it hangs on encoding menus. Why can I not do both together am I doing something wrong. i did not have this issue w/ creator 2010. I meet more than the requirements for using the software.

It is impossible to burn a disc with "Chapters" but no Menu "Chapters" are part of the Menu structure.

 

Maybe you need to supply details and screen caps of what you are really doing. Pic posting info, HERE

 

With the limited number of install attempts allowed, I would prefer to look at the details first
