Videos On Photoshow Pixels

Question

Ok I loaded some videos onto my photoshow - now when it plays they look strange - you can still see the video but it looks like large pixels (not sure how else to describe it) - has anyone else seen something like this on your show and is there a fix?

How about posting (or sending a private message to me) with a link to the PhotoShows that show the problems? I just watched a PhotoShow that had video and all looked OK>

What was the resolution of the video and where did you get it? Did you use the desktop version and then upload that PhotoShow? How did it look on your computer (the original)?

Hello again and sorry I did not get back. I had videos on my show for several years and they were fine - then they became blurry and large pixels - I tried reloading some of them and even changed formats but now they will not even load on my show. Says format not supported but the ones I try are approved formats. These are short videos. The are coming off of video cameras - any ideas?
