Roxio Game Capture Hd Pro "no Signal" On Tv

Dylanw

Question

Well... This is a big issue. The HDMI cabled are properly hooked up correctly... The HDMI from the gaming console is going to the front of the Roxio Game Capture, and the back of the Roxio Game Capture has an HDMI going to the TV... The video displays on the Software on my computer, but has "No Signal" on my TV... This hasn't been working for my PS4, or Xbox 360...

You could revert to the Original Software and see what happens? If you want to try that, use these steps:

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)
Skip this one!

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

The RGC adds HDCP coding to the HDMI and it appears your TV is not compliant.

Curious if your PS4, which has HDCP, works OK if connected directly to the TV AND you have the HDCP turned ON?

I think you will need to add an HDMI Splitter before the RGC ~ one hdmi to the RGC and the other to the TV...

(I keep recommending this but no one ever bothers to tell me if it works )
