Help! Gamecap Hd Pro Problem Windows 8.1

Hi, I resenly change my computer, is a Dell Xps with windows 8.1

 

I just update the Roxio Game capture program now when I want to record some gamplay it crash appears a blue screen saying Kernel Security Check Failure.

 

What should I do?

You will need to clean it up a bit

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Download and install the

Revo

Uninstaller. Then run it in

Moderate Mode

to remove any traces of Roxio.

 

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
