Another "lost Cd" Thread....

I am just making a thread to see if any other admin can help me. I contact Rox Ralph about a week ago and still no response. I have the CD but it is damaged and will no tfully install. I also have the CD key. It is registered on roxio.com and I have the order # and the email address associated with it. I can also provide the serial number on the capture card. I just need an admin or mod to contact me with a software download. Thank you

Rox-Ralf is the only Roxio administrator, who frequents the forums, when he can. The rest of us are just users of the Roxio software, so you might want to contact Roxio directly.
