Roxio Photoshow

Dalton

Question

I have been a Premium member for many years. I have 230 photoshows but for the past while I have been unable to access 54 of them. I get only white squares with a pinwheel turning trying to upload the photos. I just tired creating another photoshow and all seemed to go well. 24 photos 'downloaded' and I was asked to give a title, style, etc., as usual. Then, nothing! Just white squares each with a pinwheel. Maddening.

I have been using Photo Show very successfully for about 10 years, Love it. Had all shows in a file & will not open. Looks like after a period of time they are frozen. I used only the free versions until 2011 when I purchase the Premium version. I have tried to contact Corel, cleverbridge & Roxio & cannot find one person who knows & understands Photo Show. I am willing to pay another $39 to reactivate the premium version but do not know how You would be a Godsend if you could help My email address is (redacted)l@aol.com (do not miss the 2nd K) Thanks a bunch

When did your subscription to PhotoShow expire. It was an annual subscription. If it was more than about 6 months ago, they are probably gone ! :( Did you go to your membership page and sign in? If you can't find them, then they arew gone. Did yoiu happen to download any of them to your computer? If so, open the desktop version of PhotoShow that you may have downloaded previously.

Send me a private message (hover your cursor over my name) and include a link to where your PhotoShows were on the web.

Here is a link to subscribe to PhotoShow but don't do it unless you find your old PhotoShows.

If they are not there, perhaps a different program will be something you may want to consider
