Crashes Mid Way And Causes Reboot

Installation went smoothly. Converted 2 VHS tapes without error. DVD was burned fine. Third tape and subsequent tapes caused a crash with Window's error "Windows experienced a serious error". Computer rebooted. Dumper temp files and cleaned up cache. Still problem. Anyone know of driver incompatibility? Computer is Dell 620 with 4GB and 3,86 MHz. Does Google Chrome drivers cause issues?

Go back to a tape that worked and Record Only.

 

What happens?

 

If that dos not work, do a proper repair:

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your Roxio Capture Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where

Repair

is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
