Dvd Burning Failed - Split From An Old Hijacked Topic

I get the same result trying to burn non-copyrighted .mts files from my camcorder to standard definition DVD+R. Burn appears to go good without error messages. C&C5 shows 16 tracks burned onto the disc which is far less than the amount of video clips I sourced. Computer shows disc as empty? I thought maybe I had to finalize disc but clicking that tells me to insert an appendable disc?

UPDATE - If I first copy the video clips to an .iso image file, I can then use the copy dvd option and burn the file and get a working DVD? So I do have a work around but kind of cumbersome.

Where do you see those 16 tracks? What extensions do those 16 tracks have? What you should have on the DVD is a Video_TS folder containing a number of ifo, bup and vob files. If not then you did not create a video DVD.
