LB Bass
Just recently bought Creator Pro 3 to record my computer screen. I keep getting the error message: "Prepare Record Failed!!! #0" What do I need to do to get through this issue?
ibupnorth
You may want to look at your audio settings. I eliminated the "Prepare Record Failed!!! #0" by setting my Realtek Audio Manager speaker configuration to "stereo". For some reason the capture software did not like the speakers configured to 5.1. moesy
Did you fix this? If not, go to Sounds, Advance and Restore to default. The Screen capture should work fine after that.
Brendon
Did you fix this? LB Bass left in 2015 and hasn't been back.
LB Bass
I did what someone else suggested in another post which was to turn off system audio in the settings and that did work, however, shouldn't I be able to use system audio and still record my screen anyway?
