Obs - Open Broadcaster Double Bug

First thing i want to say, nothing on me pc can find the Xbox that is projected on me screen, i can see it with my eyes, but if i use obs Windows capture i only see purple same with a screenshot like this http://prntscr.com/614g61

Can someone help me pls?, i bought it for streaming with obs.. but Even Cam capture with the Roxio i get the 6 colors, and windows or monitor capture it only shows if i have obs on hit, so its transparant like that.. i want to record it and show you so you will understand better but ya... in recordings you only see purple...

Please just post your pictures directly on the forum so everyone doesn't have to go elsewhere to see them

 

You cannot use any software, just use Roxio. Your picture indicates that the device is Ready to capture so the blank screen is probably your PC (video card or software). Check for updates and make sure you have your video software set to defaults!!!

 

One other user said he had success using this variation of the repair process:

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Download and install the

Revo

Uninstaller. Then run it in

Moderate Mode

to remove any traces of Roxio.

 

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
