Xbox One Will Not Pass Through More Than 720P

I have the latest update, but I still cannot get 1080p with the Xbox One. This is only when the roxio is connected. I can pass the signal directly to my tv or through an hdmi hub and still get 1080p. However, when I pass through the roxio the signal is 720p. My xbox 360 will pass through and record 1080p with the roxio connected. Is the roxio incapable of providing 1080p when connected to an Xbox One? I don't mind being limited to recording in 720p, but I would like to play in 1080p while I record.

You have to make sure you manually set your gaming unit for 1080p. You can't let it automatically set the output quality.

 

Try shutting of the Auto Detect in the console.

The settings in the above link are for your TV, but you are hooked up to the Roxio unit, not the TV.
