im having the same issue. just open a chat with customer support. tell them your issue and they will have tech support contact you

 

The Roxio Video Capture USB is a completely different device and software than what you have.

 

sheilawill: what does it show in your Device Manager (Win-Pause at the upper left)? Should look like this:
